We are honoured that Archbishop Nikitas, the new archbishop of the Archdiocese of Thyateira & Great Britain of the Ecumenical Patriarchate has agreed to become the Society’s Orthodox patron. His Inaugural Lecture will speak of the hopes and challenges to Christian unity in the present day, with reference to the wider Orthodox Church in light of the Council of Crete and Ukraine, and relations with the Catholic Church.

All are welcome, but it is essential that a booking be made for the talk and also the reception.

The address will be preceded by evening Divine Liturgy (Ukrainian and English) at 6.15pm.
