Damascus (Agenzia Fides) – The predominantly Christian village of Maalula, 60km west of Damascus, was again attacked by rebel militias on Saturday, November 30. The news was confirmed by both the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (an organization close to the anti-Assad opposition based in London), and by the Syrian state Agency – SANA. Jihadi militants of Jabhat al-Nusra are also among the formations that attacked the town.
